Playing in the Park

I know I am horrible about posting things in a timely manner, but life gets ahold of you sometimes and time flies by ... fast!

Well it has been a little over week since Stephanie and John got married so technically I am not that late. Anyway, while we were in Hammond and surrounding areas we got to spend a lot of "play time" with Jamie, especially George from everywhere to hotel adventures to playing in Grandma's gardens (pictures of both to follow.) One thing we did was take Jamie to the park.

On Friday (Sept. 30) we went to Cate Square Park in downtown Hammond where we used to go as kids. It has definitely changed in the years I've been gone, but the level of fun was just the same. Here are some photos from that trip ...

He really enjoyed being able to run around the gated area ...

The he played on the jungle gym a lot ... climbing like an experienced Monkey!

In fac, he climbed on anything that was nailed down!

Daddy also chased him around the field and pavillion too ... and caught up to him a time or two before Jamie escaped again.

All in all, it was a fun day- how can you complain with icecream anda day in tthe park!?!
