We've been home a week and things are going good. We're getting a routine going, though still a little off on a "schedule." George has been a great help, taking care of everything so I can concentrate on the baby.
Jamie has been wonderful, he's quiet, rarely cries, even when they had to draw blood ... twice ... to check the biliruben levels when he had jaundiced. He cried for about two minutes, then went to sleep. Now he's trying to get his days and nights sorted out. He's up mostly during the day, but at night we still have to wake him to feed him at night.
All in all, we are doing well ... even Sgt. Major seems to be getting used to the idea ...
Here are some more pictures from Jamie's first week.
Until our next cup of tea ...

Beautiful, beautiful, pictures... Your little man is sooooo handsome..
Now if he isn't the cutest little bundle of boy I've seen lately! What? You're waking him up to feed him? I'd sleep. Yes, sireee, I would. But you do what works for you, my friend. Have another great week and get rest you can.
What a cutie! So glad to hear it is going well. Hopefully the day/night awake/asleep schedule gets sorted out soon.

Michelle,
He is a beautiful little boy - and we are all so happy for you and George, and of course Jamie is blessed to have such a great mom and dad and puppy.
Congratulations to you all - you must be so thankful for George's help - and for the fact that Jamie is such a good little boy with no fussing. It says something about how content he must be.
Keep the pix coming, although we understand you are pretty busy. We'll take whatever you can post. :) Take good care of yourself my friend.
Many, many blessings to you all.
Hugs,
Sue
what an adorable little guy. congratulations again.
Love all your photos! In the first one, he looks so big and older than one week! and I think that is so sweet with sleeping daddy holding Jamie.
Blessings & aloha!
